Rest the weight in your palm, close your fingers around it and keep your wrist straight. Choose a weight you can lift for your full set with good form, and move up to the next weight when the set feels easy. SoftGrip weights work well for arm curls, shoulder raises and other upper body exercises done seated or standing. Because each weight is sold on its own, order two of the same weight if you want one for each hand. Ask your physical or occupational therapist which weight to start with and how often to train.

Who Is It For?

People with arthritis or a weak grip, rehab patients, light workouts at home, and physical and occupational therapy clinics.
