KEY INGREDIENTS:

Chamomile 

We use the genus species, Matricaria recutita, commonly known as German or Wild Chamomile. This type of chamomile is depicted in Egyptian hieroglyphics & was used medicinally for its skincare benefits. The flowers of chamomile have anti-inflammatory properties & are used to calm dry, itchy skin & naturally even complexion. 

Calendula 

Looking for rapid regeneration of dry, damaged skin? If so, calendula is your best friend! This marigold flower has the ability to stimulate collagen production while brightening the complexion. Calendula also packs an antioxidant punch thanks to its abundance in carotenoids, vitamin A & vitamin E. 

Comfrey 

The name comfrey comes from the Latin word con firma which means “to come together” or “to heal”. This is a perfect name for this powerful plant because it has an innate ability to heal dry, damaged skin while protecting & nourishing the lipid linings of skin cells. 

Ginger 

Ginger has a warming & soothing energy, ideal for healing cold, dry vata-type skin imbalances. It contains over 40 antioxidant properties, including gingerol, which prevents free radical damage. Ginger is restorative, brightening to dull skin & keeps you feeling clean & fresh.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
