We received mostly what we paid for. The scooter itself is pretty great which I guess is the most important thing but the bag in front of the scooter is nothing as displayed in the picture. The one we received is really small and doesn't have that nice closing flap as featured (it's just open). When reaching out about it to "Customer Service", I was ignored 🙁
I used it to replace a broken plastic seat on a Nitro Deluxe model by carefully drilling 8 holes in the Rollator frame. (Takes some skills…)
Lovely small cane. Makes me feel a little better about having to use a cane to have such a pretty one. The rose gold color is very nice.
The cane is sturdy and convenient.
