Polycal is for individuals one year of age and older and must be used under medical supervision. It is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition and must be used as part of a proper diet. The amount of Polycal to be consumed is based on your individual needs. Please speak with your healthcare professional to know if Polycal powder is suitable for your condition.

  • PolyCal powder is a non-sweet, unflavored carbohydrate supplement
  • Designed for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition, as an energy supplement for patients who are unable to meet their energy requirements from normal food and drink
  • Polycal provides calories to individuals who cannot meet their energy requirements from a normal diet.
  • Maltodextrin
  • Good to Know:

    • Easily digestible maltodextrin
    • Completely soluble in foods and drinks
    • Neutral taste — does not alter the taste of foods and drinks
  • Directions :

    1. Mix the prescribed amount of Polycal powder to the required amount of liquid or other food. Only use the scoop provided with the product for accurate measuring or weigh the powder on a scale.
    2. Mix thoroughly until the Polycal powder has completely dissolved.
    3. The prepared mixture must be used within 2 hours or discarded.
  • Storage :

    Polycal has a storage life of 36 months. Always refer to the best before date on the bottom of the can.

    Store the sealed can in a cool and dry place. Once opened, use Polycal powder within 1 month. Unfinished beverages and foods should be stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
