  • The tool-free two-position contoured padded backrest is reversible depending on whether you are using the Duet as a rollator or in transport chair mode
  • Comes with padded seat with carry pouch for added privacy and security of personal items Inside the pouch is a handle to aid with the folding
  • The folding frame has a lock-out feature to ensure the unit stays open while in use and ensures the unit will stay folded during transport
  • 8" casters are ideal for indoor and outdoor use
  • Handles are adjustable in height, with self-threading knob (Figure E)

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
