The McKesson Brand Large Adult Pocket Aneroid Sphygmomanometer is a complete manual blood pressure measurement unit sized for adult patients with arm circumferences from 34 to 50 cm. The kit includes a black-enamel 300 mmHg manometer, navy blue nylon cuff, inflation bladder, bulb, and 21-3/5 inch tubing in a leatherette zippered case.

The 300 mmHg manometer features clear black-enamel finishing and a chrome-plated deflation valve for fine cuff release control. Combined with the cuff range markings, clinicians can position and inflate the cuff confidently within the 34–50 cm range without guessing about fit.

The navy blue nylon cuff is durable, easy to clean, and sized for larger adult upper-arm anatomy that exceeds the typical adult cuff size. This makes the unit a practical companion to a standard adult sphyg in primary care, internal medicine, and home health workflows where wider arms are common.
