The ConvaTec ActiveLife® One-Piece Colostomy Pouch is a 12-inch drainable pouch built around an integrated Stomahesive® Standard Wear skin barrier. The system combines the skin barrier and the pouch into a single, easy-to-manage unit, simplifying daily wear for new ostomy users and for caregivers managing patient pouching.

The pre-cut 1-1/4 inch stoma opening is purpose-sized for users with a confirmed stoma diameter, removing the need to trim the barrier at each change. Pre-cut barriers reduce application time and help avoid trimming-related skin breakdown around the stoma site.

The lightweight, flexible vinyl construction keeps the pouch comfortable under clothing while the 1-sided comfort panel reduces direct skin contact for warm, breathable wear against the abdomen. The transparent body lets clinicians and users monitor output, which is helpful in early post-surgical visits and during home-care follow-ups.

The drainable outlet supports repeat emptying through the day. Backed by HCPCS code A5061. Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant. Sold non-sterile, single-patient use.

If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
