The ConvaTec Little Ones Sur-Fit Natura Pediatric Colostomy Pouch is a closed-end, two-piece ostomy appliance designed specifically for infants and small children with a colostomy. With its compact 5 inch pediatric length, the pouch fits comfortably under tiny clothing while still providing useful capacity for soft, formed pediatric ostomy output.

Built on ConvaTec’s familiar Sur-Fit Natura two-piece coupling system, this Little Ones pouch is designed to attach to a separate Sur-Fit Natura skin barrier (sold separately). The two-piece approach lets caregivers change the pouch as often as needed without disturbing the underlying skin barrier, helping protect delicate pediatric peristomal skin between barrier changes.

The opaque pouch features a soft 2-sided comfort panel and a quiet odor-barrier film, helping reduce noise and rustling against a child’s skin and clothing. The vinyl construction provides a dependable closed-end pouch that can be discarded after each use, simplifying care for parents and caregivers managing pediatric ostomies at home.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
