The Sur-Fit Natura® Two-Piece Drainable Colostomy Pouch from ConvaTec is a 10 inch length pouch built around a 1-3/4 inch flange, designed for individuals managing a colostomy. As part of the Sur-Fit Natura system, the pouch couples securely with compatible Sur-Fit Natura skin barriers to deliver a discreet, leak-resistant fit through daily activities.

The pouch features a two-sided comfort panel in soft, breathable fabric on both faces, helping reduce perspiration and skin contact discomfort beneath clothing. The opaque pouch film provides everyday discretion while supporting confident wear at home, work, and during physical activity.

Constructed with an odor-barrier and quiet film, the pouch helps minimize ostomy odor and the rustling sound that can occur with thinner films, supporting users who prioritize discretion in social and professional settings. The vinyl material delivers a durable seal under daily wear conditions.

The drainable outlet allows for easy bathroom emptying without removing the pouch from the skin barrier, helping protect peristomal skin between full pouch changes. The two-piece system also allows users to change pouches independently of the skin barrier, supporting more flexible self-care routines. Skin barrier is sold separately.

If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
