The ConvaTec SUR-FIT® Natura® Two-Piece Colostomy Pouch is a 12-inch drainable pouch designed to attach to a separate SUR-FIT® Natura® 1-3/4 inch flange skin barrier. The two-piece design lets users replace the pouch on its own without disturbing the underlying skin barrier, supporting both daily comfort and gentler peristomal skin care.

The pouch features an odor-barrier and quiet film construction. The odor barrier helps contain typical colostomy output odor during normal wear, while the quiet film reduces the rustle that some plastic pouches produce under fitted clothing — a meaningful comfort detail in social and work environments.

The vinyl material is lightweight and flexible against the abdomen, and the 1-sided comfort panel provides a softer non-pouch surface where the pouch sits against skin. The transparent body lets users and clinicians monitor output without removing the pouch.

The drainable outlet supports repeat emptying through the day, fitting the typical colostomy management workflow. HCPCS code A5063. TAA compliant. FSA eligible. Sold non-sterile, single-patient use. Note: pouch only; pair with a matching SUR-FIT Natura 1-3/4 inch flange barrier.

If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
