The Convex Insert Sur-Fit Natura with a 1-1/8 inch diameter opening is a snap-in convexity ring designed for ConvaTec two-piece SUR-FIT Natura ostomy systems. It pairs with 1-1/2 inch flange Durahesive and Stomahesive body-side skin barriers to add controlled convexity around the stoma without replacing the entire wafer.

By snapping cleanly into the existing flange, the convex insert applies gentle pressure around the stoma to help guide output up and into the pouch, improving the seal for users with retracted, flush, or hard-to-manage stomas. The 1-1/8 inch opening fits stomas in that size range without needing a different barrier setup.

Use this insert at home, in clinical settings, or while travelling whenever a flat barrier alone is not delivering enough peristomal contour. It is a simple add-on that extends the wear time of compatible Sur-Fit Natura barriers and supports a more secure, leak-resistant fit during daily activity.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
