The DynaRest Airfloat 100F is a convenient, medical grade air mattress designed with user comfort in mind. The mattress is equipped with a convenient air pump and air pressure controls to directly customize the firmness of the mattress. The Airfloat 100F has three settings: static mode, which is ideal for patient transfers, and alternating cycle mode, which provides custom cell inflation for pressure redistribution, and a seat function, which helps patients sit up in bed. The base of the mattress is constructed of foam for optimal comfort, even in the case of power loss.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
