The Cardinal Health Insulated Hot / Cold Pack works in a clinic or, at home. The Cardinal Health Insulated Hot / Cold Pack helps swelling, reduces inflammation, eases muscle soreness and soothes discomfort. I have used The Cardinal Health Hot / Cold Pack on my knee and the heat felt warm and calming while the cold felt sharp and reduced swelling quickly.
