The HydroSeal IV Site Barrier Protector is a 7 x 7 inch square, nonsterile waterproof film dressing designed to keep vascular access sites, surgical incisions, and other dressings completely dry during showering or sponge bathing. Featuring 2G Medical's clear film and adhesive construction with a Performance Enhanced Tab System, HydroSeal lays flat over the site for clear visibility while providing a reliable waterproof seal that stays in place when you need it most.

Usage & Application

Ensure the area around the access device or incision is clean and dry before application. Peel back the pre-tabbed release liner using the Performance Enhanced Tab System. Center the clear HydroSeal film over the site and smooth it down from the center outward, pressing firmly along the bordered edges to seal against the skin. Confirm there are no wrinkles or gaps around the perimeter, then proceed with showering or sponge bathing as needed. After bathing, gently lift one corner and peel the barrier away. Discard after each use; this product is nonsterile and intended for single-use protection.

HydroSeal makes everyday hygiene easier for patients with PICC lines, central venous catheters, chemo ports, and post-surgical incisions by removing the worry of getting the site wet.
