This hinged, open-patella brace is ideal for everyday activities and can be used safely in both saltwater and freshwater environments, making it versatile for active individuals. The brace features dual-axis, polycentric hinges on both sides of the knee, delivering greater medial and lateral support than a traditional knee sleeve. These removable hinges are fully encased in inner pockets for safety, including during contact sports. A posterior strap adjustment allows for one-time fitting to ensure the hinges are properly positioned.
