1004 – Chattanooga’s Largest Hotpac carried – 15″x 24″ Oversized Hydrocollator HotPac. The 15″x 24″ oversized hotpac is a therapeutic heating pad that offers numerous benefits for healthcare professionals and consumers. Targeting pain in general areas, which increases blood flow and promotes healing.

Instructions:

  1. Start by ensuring the oversized hotpac is at room temperature.
  2. Place the hotpac in a microwave-safe container / hydrocollator heating unit and heat it according to the recommended time provided in the product instructions.
  3. Carefully remove the hotpac from the microwave/hydrocollator, ensuring it is not too hot.
  4. Fold a Towel or Terry cover to protect the skin from getting burnt.
  5. Apply the oversized hotpac directly to the desired area of the body, providing soothing heat therapy.
  6. Leave the hotpac on the area for the recommended duration, typically around 15-20 minutes.
    After use, allow the hotpac to cool down before reheating or storing it.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
