A soluble, hypoallergenic, ketogenic-friendly vitamin and mineral supplement powder designed for tube feedings. This dispersible powder is intended for use with formulas that do not provide adequate vitamin and mineral requirements, low-energy requirements, and normal-for-age micronutrient requirements, as well as fluid restrictions.

    Directions for Use

  • Add 1-2 fl. oz. of formula (room temperature or cold) to the powder and stir well.
  • Add the remainder of the formula and stir or shake until powder is fully dissolved.
  • Stir or agitate tube feeding mixture if NanoVM t/f separates from formula during feeding.
  • NanoVM t/f powder and formula mixture should be used within 4 hours.

    Some nutrients fall outside the % DRI noted in table above.

  • Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, reseal bottle and use within 30 days. The product contains iron – keep out of reach of children.

  • Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Not for parenteral nutrition.
