The Coloplast Assura Xpro Deep Convex Ostomy Barrier with a 50 mm Red Code flange and 1 inch precut opening is an extended-wear, two-piece skin barrier engineered for adult ostomy users with deeply retracted, flush, or recessed stomas. The pronounced deep convex shape encourages the stoma to protrude reliably into the appliance, supporting cleaner output and a more secure peristomal seal.

This barrier uses Coloplast’s silicone-based spiral adhesive, formulated to deliver secure, long-lasting, and skin-friendly wear. The synthetic resin construction stands up to corrosive output across longer wear cycles, while the silicone adhesive is designed to remove gently at scheduled changes, helping protect peristomal skin from cumulative trauma over time.

Belt loops integrated into the barrier let users add a Coloplast Brava ostomy belt for additional appliance security, especially during exercise, sleep, or extended travel where extra reassurance is welcome. The Green Coupling on the flange snaps securely into compatible Coloplast Red Code two-piece pouches.
