The ConvaTec Natura Durahesive Stomahesive Ostomy Barrier with a 70 mm flange and 33 to 45 mm Mold-to-Fit opening is a two-piece skin barrier designed for adult ileostomy and colostomy users with larger stomas or stomas that change size during settling. The shapeable opening lets users adjust the barrier without scissors, supporting a custom, snug fit at every change.

This barrier combines Durahesive extended-wear hydrocolloid with a Stomahesive tape collar, balancing strong, long-lasting adhesion against the skin with a softer, more conformable border. The combination is designed to stand up to liquid output and active wear while still being kind to peristomal skin during repeated changes.

An accordion flange mounts above the wafer, allowing pouch attachment with finger pressure underneath instead of pressing into the abdomen. This is especially helpful on tender post-op abdomens, recently formed stomas, or sensitive areas where direct downward pressure during pouch attachment is uncomfortable.

Sized for stomas from 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 inch (33 to 45 mm), this 70 mm flange barrier is suited for users with larger stomas in the Sur-Fit Natura two-piece system. Manufactured in the Dominican Republic and FSA / TAA eligible, it is a dependable choice for hospital, long-term care, and home use.
