The Coloplast SenSura Mio Flex Trim-to-Fit Ostomy Barrier with a 50 mm Red Code flange and 15 to 30 mm Mold-to-Fit opening is an extended-wear, two-piece skin barrier for adult ostomy users with smaller or irregular stomas. The trim-to-fit design lets clinicians and users shape the opening to the user’s exact stoma profile, reducing peristomal skin exposure to corrosive output.

The barrier integrates Coloplast’s adaptive convex design with integrated flex lines, balancing the stability needed to support a recessed or flush stoma with the flexibility required for daily wear. The light convex depth gently shapes the peristomal skin to encourage a more upright stoma profile and cleaner output flow into the pouch.

An elastic adhesive conforms to individual body shape and helps maintain a snug fit during everyday activity, while the flexible coupling adapts to body contours and keeps a discreet, low-profile finish under clothing. Practical features include an inspection window for monitoring stoma alignment during application and a belt tab for users who add a Coloplast Brava ostomy belt.
