Product Overview

The ConvaTec Sur-Fit Natura Convex Ostomy Barrier with a 45 mm flange and 1-1/4 inch precut opening is an extended-wear, two-piece skin barrier engineered for adult ostomy users with retracted, flush, or recessed stomas. The integrated convex shape encourages the stoma to protrude into the appliance, helping output drop reliably into the pouch and reducing under-flange leakage.

This barrier uses Coloplast’s Durahesive hydrocolloid adhesive, formulated to resist breakdown from corrosive output across longer wear cycles. The moldable shape lets the user adjust the barrier to subtle peristomal contours during application, supporting a more individualized fit than rigid pre-shaped barriers can offer.

The 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 inch white wafer provides ample surface area for a secure seal while still keeping the appliance discreet under everyday clothing. The barrier mates with compatible Sur-Fit Natura two-piece pouches via the standard SUR-FIT Natura coupling, allowing users to change pouches without disturbing the underlying barrier.

Manufactured in the Dominican Republic and FSA / TAA eligible, this barrier is suited for adult ileostomy and colostomy users who need a convex, extended-wear barrier in the SUR-FIT Natura system, including those managing high-output stomas at home, in long-term care, or in rehab.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
