The Sur-Fit Natura® Precut Ostomy Barrier from ConvaTec is a hydrocolloid skin barrier engineered for standard-wear stoma management in colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care. Built around the trusted Sur-Fit Natura two-piece system, it provides a secure, comfortable foundation for compatible drainable, closed, and urostomy pouches throughout daily activity.

The 4 x 4 inch flat barrier uses Stomahesive® hydrocolloid adhesive — a long-established formulation that absorbs moisture, conforms to peristomal skin, and supports skin health between changes. A 45 mm flange is precut with a 1-1/8 inch (28 mm) stoma opening, removing the need for cutting tools and allowing fast, accurate placement around stomas of that diameter.

Designed for users who prioritize speed and consistency, the precut opening shortens preparation time during pouch changes and helps deliver a uniform fit across consecutive applications. The flexible wafer with tan tape collar moves with body contours, while the standard-wear adhesive is intended for routine daily pouching schedules without overburdening gentle peristomal skin.

Each barrier is supplied non-sterile in a 10-per-box presentation, suitable for hospitals, ambulatory clinics, long-term care facilities, and ostomates managing care at home. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
