The ConvaTec Sur-Fit Natura Precut Ostomy Barrier with a 45 mm flange and 7/8 inch precut opening is a flat, standard-wear two-piece skin barrier engineered for adult ileostomy and colostomy users with mid-size stomas. The precut opening eliminates the need for cutting at home, helping users apply a clean, ready-to-wear barrier with confidence and consistency.

The barrier wafer is constructed from hydrocolloid material with Stomahesive adhesive, formulated to deliver reliable wear and gentle skin contact across the wear cycle. The flat depth and 4 x 4 inch wafer footprint suit users with a level peristomal landscape and offer ample surface area for a secure, low-bulk seal.

This barrier features the signature Sur-Fit Natura tan tape collar around the flange, which adds extra perimeter adhesion and helps reduce edge lifting during daily activity, sleep, and bathing. The flange snaps into compatible Sur-Fit Natura two-piece pouches, allowing pouch changes without disturbing the barrier itself.

Manufactured in the Dominican Republic and FSA / TAA eligible, this Sur-Fit Natura barrier is well suited for adult ostomates with stable, mid-size stomas managing ostomy care at home, in long-term care, or in hospital settings.
