The ConvaTec Sur-Fit Natura two-piece extended-wear ostomy skin barrier is a 4 x 4 inch flat trim-to-fit barrier with a 45 mm flange, engineered for ostomates with relatively flat peristomal skin contours who need extended-wear performance. Trim the central opening between 1 and 1-1/4 inches to match the individual stoma.

Durahesive adhesive technology is the workhorse hydrocolloid in the Sur-Fit Natura line formulated to absorb peristomal skin moisture and form a tackifying bond that gets stronger with wear, supporting longer reliable wear time on routine output volumes. The flat shape sits cleanly on flat or near-flat skin profiles.
