The Sur-Fit Natura® Ostomy Barrier by ConvaTec is the skin-side foundation of the trusted Sur-Fit Natura two-piece ostomy system, giving wearers the flexibility to swap pouches without disturbing the barrier. In this 4 x 4 inch trim-to-fit configuration with a 45 mm flange, it adapts cleanly to a wide range of stoma sizes between 1 and 1-1/4 inches, supporting customized fit at the bedside or at home.

Built on a durable hydrocolloid skin-friendly base, the barrier uses ConvaTec’s Durahesive® adhesive technology, which gently swells when in contact with effluent and helps protect peristomal skin from the moisture and enzymatic challenges that often accompany ileostomies and high-output stomas. Engineered for extended wear, it is intended to stay reliably in place day after day, reducing the frequency of skin-disturbing changes.

The flat barrier shape and flat depth profile lay smoothly against the abdomen, making it well suited to flush or protruding stomas on relatively even contours. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
