Product Overview

The Sur-Fit Natura® Trim-to-Fit Ostomy Barrier from ConvaTec is a 4 x 4 inch hydrocolloid skin barrier engineered for standard-wear stoma management with custom-sized stoma openings. Built around the trusted Sur-Fit Natura two-piece system, it provides a reliable foundation for compatible drainable, closed, and urostomy pouches across colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care.

The 4 x 4 inch flat barrier uses Stomahesive® hydrocolloid adhesive that absorbs moisture, conforms to peristomal skin, and supports skin health between changes. The 38 mm flange supports a trim-to-fit aperture up to 7/8 inch (22 mm), allowing the user to size the opening accurately to the individual stoma using ostomy scissors.

Trim-to-fit barriers are ideal for users with smaller-diameter stomas, irregular stoma shapes, or new ostomies that may change in size during the postoperative recovery period. The flexible wafer with tan tape collar moves with body contours during activity, while standard-wear adhesive supports typical daily pouching schedules.

Each barrier is supplied non-sterile in a 10-per-box presentation, suitable for hospitals, ambulatory clinics, long-term care facilities, and ostomates managing care at home. The Sur-Fit Natura system’s color-coded compatibility ensures simple, secure pouch coupling, making this barrier a dependable choice for established two-piece ostomy regimens.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
