Product Description

The Esteem+ one-piece closed-end ostomy pouch from ConvaTec is a compact 8-inch trim-to-fit pouch built for colostomates with stomas between 13/16 and 2-3/4 inches who prefer the simplicity of swap-and-discard pouches over drainable systems. A 2-sided comfort panel keeps both pouch surfaces soft against the skin.

The integrated Stomahesive standard-wear hydrocolloid skin barrier is a long-tenured ConvaTec formulation known for predictable skin compatibility and reliable seal performance through everyday wear. The trim-to-fit opening lets the user shape the central opening to match the individual stoma at every change.

An integrated odor filter neutralizes routine gas events. Closed-end format means the pouch is removed, discarded, and replaced rather than emptied appropriate for colostomates with predictable formed output who prefer a swap routine to a drain routine.

FSA eligible and TAA compliant, supporting both private and federal healthcare environments. Transparent film lets the user verify content and color through the wear cycle. A practical, dependable pouch for routine colostomy care.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
