The ConvaTec Natura+ Ostomy Pouch is a 12-inch transparent drainable pouch built for two-piece SUR-FIT Natura systems with a 2-3/4 inch (Blue Code) flange. Designed for stomas measuring 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 inch, it offers high-volume capacity for users who prefer a clear pouch with a tail-closure drain.

The drainable design with tail closure makes emptying quick and discreet, while the 1-sided comfort panel softens the body-facing surface so it stays comfortable against skin during longer wear. The 12-inch length gives generous capacity, and the transparent body lets users monitor output and stoma function easily.

Use this pouch as part of a complete two-piece ostomy system at home, work, or while travelling — pair it with a compatible 2-3/4 inch Blue Code Natura skin barrier (sold separately). The snap-together flange interface allows quick pouch swaps without disturbing the barrier seal.

Suited for adults managing colostomies, ileostomies, or high-output stomas in the specified size range, the ConvaTec Natura+ pouch is HCPCS C1729 classified and a dependable everyday choice. Note: barrier is sold separately and required for use with this two-piece system.

Return and Refund Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be super easy, so we've made our return and refund guidelines clear and straightforward.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
