The Hollister Premier™ one-piece ostomy pouch is a 12 inch drainable system designed for users with a 3/4 inch stoma who need a convex, pre-cut barrier in a single integrated unit. Combining a CeraPlus™ extended wear skin barrier with a discreet beige pouch, this configuration is built around the daily realities of ostomy life: comfort against the skin, predictable wear time, and easy emptying without complicated assembly.

Hollister’s CeraPlus skin barrier is engineered with a ceramide-infused formulation intended to support healthier peristomal skin over extended wear cycles. The convex barrier shape applies gentle pressure around the stoma to encourage stable output flow and reduce skin contact with effluent, which is helpful for users with a flush or slightly retracted stoma. The integrated tape border further reinforces adhesion at the edges of the wafer.

The pouch closes with the Lock ’n Roll microseal, a folding closure designed for a fast, secure seal at empty and a reliable hold during wear. An integrated AF300 filter helps manage gas and reduce ballooning between empties, and the beige film with a viewing option lets users discreetly check fill level while keeping the pouch low-profile under clothing.

This system is well-suited to home users transitioning to a more durable extended-wear setup, as well as to clinical and long-term care environments that prefer pre-cut, ready-to-wear ostomy supplies. Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
