The ConvaTec Sur-Fit Natura Two-Piece Drainable Ostomy Pouch is a 12-inch opaque pouch designed for adult colostomy and ileostomy users who prefer the flexibility of a two-piece appliance system. The pouch attaches to a separately purchased Sur-Fit Natura skin barrier with a 2-1/4 inch flange, allowing pouch changes without disturbing the underlying barrier and supporting better peristomal skin care.

The pouch features a 2-sided comfort panel made of soft cloth on both the body and outer side, helping reduce noise and skin irritation during daily wear. The opaque material gives a discreet appearance under everyday clothing, supporting confidence in social and professional settings.

The plastic coupling ring snaps cleanly onto compatible Sur-Fit Natura skin barriers with audible feedback, providing reassurance that the system is properly secured. ConvaTec Moldable Technology gives users the flexibility to fine-tune barrier fit at application without scissors when paired with compatible moldable skin barriers.

The 12-inch drainable length supports daytime and overnight wear with ample capacity, while the bottom outlet allows controlled emptying without removing the pouch. Manufactured in the Dominican Republic and FSA / TAA eligible. Suited for adult ostomates at home, in long-term care, and in rehab.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week.
