The Sur-Fit Natura two-piece drainable ostomy pouch is a high-output filtered pouch from ConvaTec built for ostomates who need extra capacity, secure closure feedback, and the ability to swap pouches without disturbing the skin barrier. The audible-click flange system signals an accurate seal at every change so users get immediate confidence that the pouch is locked on.

The 14-inch maxi length is designed for high-output stomas — ileostomies, urostomies converted from drainable systems, or colostomies running unusually heavy output — and means fewer empties between activities. An anti-reflux valve reduces backflow of liquid output toward the stoma; a removable filter neutralizes odor and reduces ballooning; and an outlet with spout and cap drains liquid output cleanly without relying on a clip.

A 1-sided comfort panel sits softly against the skin, while the rest of the pouch keeps a low profile under clothing for daily wear. Compatible with Sur-Fit Natura two-piece skin barriers in matching flange sizes; pouches are sold without barriers so users pair with their preferred wafer.
