The McKesson LUMEON™ Reusable Blood Pressure Cuff and Bulb is an adult-size aneroid blood pressure inflation system built around a durable black nylon cuff that fits arm circumferences from 23 to 40 cm. Designed for everyday clinical use in physician offices, hospitals, and home health visits, the system pairs with most aneroid sphygmomanometer gauges to deliver consistent, reliable blood pressure readings.

The complete kit includes the nylon cuff, a two-tube bladder, an inflation bulb and valve, and a male connector — everything needed to attach to an existing aneroid gauge (sold separately). The 55 cm tubing length gives clinicians enough room to position the cuff comfortably while the gauge sits at eye level for easier reading.

A hook-and-loop closure secures the cuff quickly with one hand, while the exclusive Size Guide™ marking system helps confirm proper cuff fit on each patient — an important factor in obtaining accurate BP readings. The 23–40 cm range covers most adult arm sizes, supporting versatile use across mixed patient populations.

Backed by a 3-year warranty and constructed without natural rubber latex (including the bladder), the cuff supports use in latex-sensitive environments. HCPCS code A4660 supports billing where applicable. Packaging is one cuff per box, 15 boxes per case.
