    In post-operative care, easy access to the stoma without removing the appliance can be critical – especially in cases of difficult stomas in need of extra care.

    SenSura post-op makes it possible for your patients to feel secure right from the right start, as it combines the SenSura double-layer adhesive with the features that are essential in post-operative care:
    • Easy access to the stoma through the window
    • Effective drainage through soft outlet that connects easily to various night bags

    SenSura post-op is available in a variety of options to meet diverse post-operative needs: 3" and 4 1/2" cutting surfaces, sterile and non-sterile pouches, and even a drainable pouch without a window.

    The unique SenSura adhesive has two layers, designed to deliver the security needed to live every day with confidence:
    • Protection layer - protects the skin from stoma output
    • Skin care layer - keeps skin healthy by absorbing excess moisture


We want your shopping experience with us to be super easy, so we've made our return and refund guidelines clear and straightforward.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
