Place the convoluted (peaked) side facing up, directly on top of the existing bed mattress and under the fitted sheet. Allow the foam to fully decompress after unrolling before use. Wipe the foam surface with a mild soap and water solution as needed — do not soak. Replace the overlay when it loses loft or becomes soiled. We received mostly what we paid for

We received mostly what we paid for. The scooter itself is pretty great which I guess is the most important thing but the bag in front of the scooter is nothing as displayed in the picture. The one we received is really small and doesn't have that nice closing flap as featured (it's just open). When reaching out about it to "Customer Service", I was ignored 🙁

Decent quality as described.

I used it to replace a broken plastic seat on a Nitro Deluxe model by carefully drilling 8 holes in the Rollator frame. (Takes some skills…)
