Product Description

The Sure-Check sterilization pouch in 3-1/2 x 5-1/4 inch is a small-instrument self-seal pouch sized for cotton swabs, picks, single instruments, and other compact items where the standard 3-1/2 x 9 inch is unnecessarily long. Like the rest of the Sure-Check line, it features built-in multi-parameter chemical indicators printed inside and outside the pouch itself.

As the load reaches its required time, temperature, and steam exposure, the Type 4 indicator shifts color pink to dark brown for steam, green to gold or brown for ethylene oxide gas confirming cycle success at a glance. Embedded indicators eliminate the need to add, log, and dispose of separate indicator strips.

The 3-1/2 x 5-1/4 inch footprint is sized for the smallest-instrument pouch loads in dental, podiatric, dermatology, and small-animal veterinary settings. The self-seal closure removes tape and heat sealers from the workflow peel, fold, press and the transparent film lets staff verify pouch contents before opening.

Used across dental offices, ambulatory surgery centers, veterinary practices, and instrument-reprocessing labs. Sure-Check supports CDC infection-control documentation expectations on every cycle.

If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week.
