The Sure-Check Sterilization Pouch is a single-use, self-seal pouch designed to package and protect medical, surgical, and dental instruments through sterilization. Built for both ethylene oxide (EO) gas and steam autoclave cycles, it forms a reliable sterile barrier from the moment instruments are loaded until the pouch is opened at point of use, helping clinics maintain a clean, traceable instrument supply on every cycle.

What sets Sure-Check apart is the multi-parameter chemical indicator system printed inside and outside the pouch itself. As the load reaches the required time, temperature, and steam exposure, the indicator shifts color — pink to dark brown for steam, green to gold or brown for EO — confirming cycle success at a glance. Because the indicator is embedded in the pouch, your team skips the step of adding, tracking, and disposing of separate indicator strips, reducing supply costs and human error in one move.

The 3-1/2" x 9" footprint is sized for small handpieces, scissors, dental burs, forceps, and similar slim instruments that don't need a full-size pouch. Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
