Description

Our eye stye ointment relieves symptoms such as:

  • Burning
  • Stinging
  • Itching

The soothing formula provides symptomatic stye relief and lubrication to help prevent further irritation of the eye. 

Like other stye creams and ointments, non-prescription drug products cannot treat the infection associated with a stye. If the stye becomes worse or does not heal on its own after a week or two, call your doctor or other healthcare professional for treatment. 

As part of a Stye Regimen, you can use:

  1. Stye Cleansing Eye Wipes to gently clean debris from your eyelids
  2. Stye Eye Ointment to soothe stye symptoms and prevent further irritation
  3. Stye Warming Eye Compress for soothing and effective relief


    Directions
    :
    Wash and dry your hands first.
    Pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket for ointment (even if the stye is on the upper eyelid).
    Gently squeeze the tube until a line of ointment about ¼ inch long comes out.
    Twist the tube to help the ointment fall into the eyelid pocket without touching the tube to the eye.
    Close your eyes for about one minute, moving your eyes in different directions to help move the ointment to the upper and lower eyelids.
    After one minute, open your eyes and use a clean tissue to wipe any excess ointment off the skin around your eye.

  • Stye temporary relieves eye irritations such as burning, stinging and itching.
  • 31.9% mineral oil; 57.7% white petrolatum

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
