The Beaver 6700 Mini-Blade is a precision surgical blade designed for small, controlled incisions where a standard No. 15 general blade carries more edge than the case calls for. Manufactured by Beaver-Visitec International, the 6700 is a single-use, sterile blade engineered to give surgeons predictable depth and angle on delicate tissue planes — a quiet workhorse in ophthalmic, plastic, podiatric, and microsurgical theaters.

Each blade is produced using Beaver-Visitec's proprietary grindless manufacturing process, which yields exceptionally consistent edge geometry and sharpness from one blade to the next. The recognizable orange screw-on hub is preassembled to the blade, so the surgeon connects to a Beaver round handle in a single secure motion — no loose blades, no awkward mounting, less risk of sharps exposure during set-up. Stainless steel construction keeps the cutting edge stable through the procedure.

The 6700 is widely used for small-incision and excision tasks: cyst removals, ingrown-nail procedures, small-lesion biopsies, fine plastic surgery work, and any scenario where a smaller, more controllable footprint than a No. 15 is preferred. It threads onto Beaver round handles compatible with the orange screw-on system and is intended for single-procedure use, then disposed of into a sharps container per facility protocol.

For surgical and procedure-room teams, the 6700 reduces the variability that can show up between sharper and duller blades from less rigorous suppliers. Each blade arrives individually wrapped and sterile so it's ready off the shelf, and the orange hub makes it easy to identify on a busy back table at a glance.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
