RETURN POLICY

The Breather case is a single patient use device. As such, returns of working devices are not accepted.

PN Medical, Inc. (“PN Medical”) warrants that its “The Breather Case” products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from PN Medical or a PN Medical-authorized retailer, unless otherwise prohibited by law. PN Medical Products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow PN Medical policies, procedures, and quality control standards. PN Medical reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect should call 877-414-4449. PN Medical will repair or replace a defective Product that is covered by this limited warranty or will refund the purchase price of the Product at PN Medical’s sole discretion.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall PN Medical be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Product Specifications

We want your shopping experience with us to be super easy, so we've made our return and refund guidelines clear and straightforward.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
