The Assura® Pediatric One-Piece Urostomy Pouch from Coloplast is an 8-1/2 inch length pouch with a flat, trim-to-fit barrier sized for stomas measuring 5/8 to 1-3/8 inch. The compact length and adjustable opening make this pouch a thoughtful choice for pediatric patients and smaller-frame adults managing a urostomy.

The pouch uses Coloplast’s signature gentle adhesive, designed to provide excellent peristomal protection while remaining kind to delicate skin during repeated changes. This is particularly important in pediatric users, where skin is thinner and more reactive than adult skin around the stoma.

An integrated anti-reflux valve prevents urine from pooling at the base of the stoma, helping reduce the peristomal irritation that can occur when output sits against the skin. Combined with the soft cloth backing, the design helps keep skin cool, dry, and free from rash and contact dermatitis.

The transparent plastic film allows wearers and caregivers to easily check urine output and color, supporting confident at-home management. The drainable outlet enables convenient bathroom emptying without removing the pouch from the skin barrier, simplifying daily care for both children and caregivers.

If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
