The Hollister New Image Urostomy Pouch is a two-piece drainable urostomy appliance designed for adults living with a urinary stoma. Built on Hollister’s established New Image flange platform, the pouch attaches to a separate Red Code skin barrier, allowing users to choose the wear time and skin barrier type that best fits their body and lifestyle.

This 9 inch length pouch is sized for a 2-1/4 inch flange and a 2-1/4 inch stoma opening, providing a balance of capacity and discretion. The transparent film makes it easy to see the stoma during early ostomy management and routine pouching, supporting confident self-care for new ostomates and caregivers alike.

The integrated tap features a teardrop indicator that helps users align the closure quickly, while belt tabs make it convenient to add a Hollister ostomy belt for additional security during exercise, work, or travel. A one-sided comfort panel rests softly against the skin to reduce noise and friction throughout the day.

Note that as a two-piece system, the skin barrier is sold separately and must be matched by Red Code system. Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
