We received mostly what we paid for. The scooter itself is pretty great which I guess is the most important thing but the bag in front of the scooter is nothing as displayed in the picture. The one we received is really small and doesn't have that nice closing flap as featured (it's just open). When reaching out about it to "Customer Service", I was ignored 🙁
I used it to replace a broken plastic seat on a Nitro Deluxe model by carefully drilling 8 holes in the Rollator frame. (Takes some skills…)
This is a straightforward walker without unnecessary features. I found it easy to adjust and reposition when needed. The white and gray finish looks clean, and the frame feels sturdy enough to give good support while moving around.
Being able to change the height is one of the things I appreciate most. It was easy to set up for a comfortable position, and the frame feels balanced when walking. The folding design is also helpful when I need to store it away.
