Description

The ProBasics Full Electric Bed with optional low bed capability is a standard three motor full-electric bed designed with the safety and convenience in mind.  Strong steel frame combined with scratch-resistant beds ends will keep this bed looking great for many years.

Split-spring design allows for one-person delivery, but with all the benefits of traditionally styled and heavier beds.

  • Strong with a welded steel split spring design and reinforced head section
  • Easy assembly with motors & electronics fully removable for easy cleaning of frame
  • The easy-to-use pendant control provides motorized positioning of the upper body and knees, and adjusts bed frame height
  • The head and foot sections can be raised or lowered both simultaneously or independently
  • In case of a power failure, the head and foot section can be lowered by adding two 9V batteries on to the junction box via a simple connection

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
