The Safe n Simple 4 Inch Conforming Adhesive Seal is a flexible ostomy seal designed to be used together with a standard ostomy pouch and skin barrier system. Its main role is to fill irregularities around the stoma, supporting a snug, leak-resistant fit between the skin and the ostomy appliance for users with creases, scars, or contoured peristomal areas.

Made from a spandex and foam composite that is highly absorbent, the seal soaks up moisture and output as it occurs, helping protect the surrounding skin from prolonged exposure. The conforming design helps reduce the risk of premature barrier failure and supports longer wear times between full appliance changes.

The seal is moldable with a high tack and stretchable feel, so users can shape, stretch, and press it into uneven areas to create a personalized seal. Despite its tacky feel, the material is easy to clean up at change time, supporting a more comfortable, less stressful pouching routine.

This 4 inch round ostomy seal is well suited for adults living with a colostomy, ileostomy, or urostomy who experience leak issues, peristomal skin irritation, or have body contours that make a flat barrier alone challenging. Eligible under HCPCS A4385, it is a useful addition to any ostomy care toolkit alongside skin barriers and pouches.

If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
