The Aircast AirHeel/DNS Care Kit gives you round-the-clock relief for plantar fasciitis by pairing a daytime heel support with a nighttime splint. During the day, the Aircast AirHeel uses two interconnected aircells, one under the arch and one at the back of the heel, that apply pulsating compression with every step to help reduce swelling and discomfort and enhance circulation. At night, the Aircast Dorsal Night Splint keeps the foot at a comfortable angle while you sleep. This is the Large size, for persons 5 ft 4 in and up, and it fits the right or left foot.
