We received mostly what we paid for

We received mostly what we paid for. The scooter itself is pretty great which I guess is the most important thing but the bag in front of the scooter is nothing as displayed in the picture. The one we received is really small and doesn't have that nice closing flap as featured (it's just open). When reaching out about it to "Customer Service", I was ignored 🙁

Decent quality as described.

I used it to replace a broken plastic seat on a Nitro Deluxe model by carefully drilling 8 holes in the Rollator frame. (Takes some skills…)

Retractable Lancets are the ones I like to use!

MD INR sent me new lancets with my last 2 shipments, and I dislike them intensely. When I saw the Safety Ready Lancets were available from you, it was a no brainer! These are the ones previously supplied by MD INR and ones I am used to in order to weekly test my INR.
