1.We have learned that this chair looks very heavy, will it be difficult to move?Although this chair weighs 48 pounds, it can also carry a large weight, easily supporting a weight of up to 440 pounds, suitable for more people. Additionally, this chair is equipped with seat belts and dual armrests, providing safer support and helping you stand safer. The base is equipped with small wheels, which can easily move the device when folded, relieving your concerns.
2.Does the package come with a charger and a hand control, or do I need to buy them separately?
Yes, the package includes a charger and a hand control, no extra purchase needed. If you happen to receive a package that's missing these items, we'll send out replacements. 
3.I'm confused about the Charging Info. After charging my hand control for 3 hours, there's still no light. Is it broken?
During charging, the charger's light turns red and green when fully charged. The hand controller's light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery, press "UP" or "DOWN" on the controller; the light indicates the battery level.
4.If I use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, how often should I charge the hand controller?
The charging frequency for the hand controller should align with how often you plan to use it. However, even if you don't use the chair lift for extended periods, I recommend charging it fully at least once a month to prevent deep discharge.
5.What is the minimum height of AX05?
The minimum height is 2.6".

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
