2.I'm confused about the Charging Info. After charging my hand control for 3 hours, there's still no light. Is it broken?
During charging, the charger's light turns red and green when fully charged. The hand controller's light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery, press "UP" or "DOWN" on the controller; the light indicates the battery level.
3. If I use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, how often should I charge the hand controller?
The charging speed varies depending on the device and the power output supported by the dock. Many models support fast charging up to 15W for smartphones, with slightly lower wattages for other devices. Refer to the specifications for exact charging speeds.
4. Is it safe to use this chair lift in the bathtub, and can I immerse it in water?
