The 2 x 4 mL pack provides two bottles of control solution that allow patients and clinicians to verify that the meter and test strips are working correctly together.

Running a periodic control solution test is recommended whenever a new meter is opened, when a new test strip vial is started, when results don’t match how the user feels, or any time accuracy is in question. Each drop of control solution applied to a OneTouch Ultra strip should produce a result that falls within the acceptable range printed on the test strip vial label.

This control solution is matched specifically to the OneTouch Ultra meter platform, helping ensure consistent reference behavior across users and time. Maintaining a current bottle of unexpired control solution alongside the meter and strip supply supports more confident self-monitoring outcomes for diabetic patients.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
