The Cambridge Sensors Microdot Blood Glucose Test Strips are designed for use exclusively with the Microdot blood glucose meter family. Each pack contains 50 single-use strips for routine self-monitoring of blood glucose at home, in the workplace, or as part of a clinical glucose-monitoring program.

Each strip uses the glucose dehydrogenase enzyme chemistry to react with the blood sample and produce a measurable response that the Microdot meter converts to a glucose reading. The strip platform supports a measurement range of 1.2 to 29.2 mmol/L (about 22 to 525 mg/dL), well within the typical range needed for routine fingerstick monitoring.

Performance has been evaluated in both laboratory and clinical settings, with clinical correlation showing slope 0.973 and y-intercept 3.96 mg/dL across the tested range of 45 to 472 mg/dL. This supports consistent decision-making for users adjusting medication, diet, or activity in response to readings.
